Pure Reward Points

You can gain Pure Reward Points for you (and your Rugby Club if they have registered and you assign yourself to them) by making any purchase through this website.

To retrieve Pure Reward Points you need to login or become a member and make a purchase and they will then be added to your account for future use. If you are assigned to a Rugby Club they have points added to their account for future use too.

When you become a member we will ask you to select which Rugby Club you are a member of (if any), from those that have registered with us and to insert that Rugby Clubs unique Rugby Club Password (obtainable from the Rugby Club only).

When you come back to order, once in the basket, you simply enter how many reward scheme points you wish to use in the relevant reward scheme points box, which is above the basket total price and this is then deducted from your order as a discount.

You can see how many reward scheme points you have and their value in the basket and also in your 'My Account' area.

When registering online you will be given the option to have a physical Pure Reward card issued to you, for use in our Pure Rugby stores. This card is then issued upon you making your fist purchase and it will be shipped with your order.

This card can be used to redeem and gain reward scheme points in our stores, this will correlate to your online account reward scheme points volume and usage and vice versa for In Store usage.

If you previously obtained a Pure Reward card in one of our stores you can register it when you register yourself on the site. Alternatively when you receive your Pure Reward card with your first online order you need to register it online, via your My Account details, in order to activate it. This will allow you to use the points obtained in store on our online store also and vice versa.

PLEASE NOTE: Pure Reward points are added following in store or online purchases only once a purchase has been acknowledged as fulfilled by our sales system and as such you may notice a slight delay in their adding to your My Account area.
